What is Turkic NLP?

Turkic NLP is a team based at the University of Washington in Seattle dedicated to developing advanced natural language processing (NLP) models and resources tailored specifically for Turkic languages. Our goal is to bridge linguistic gaps and enhance NLP accessibility across diverse Turkic-speaking communities.

Our mission is to build reliable, open-source NLP solutions, including automatic speech recognition (ASR), lexical databases, and more, empowering both researchers and developers.
